After becoming a mother, I began searching for softer, more natural, and timeless clothing. Discover why baby alpaca became part of our collection and the slower approach to childhood behind our choices.
I was no longer choosing only according to color or style. I found myself thinking more carefully about the materials touching my child's skin, how comfortable an outfit would feel, how often it could be worn, and whether it would still feel beautiful after a passing trend had disappeared.

Searching for Something Different
As I searched for outfits for my own child, I wanted options that felt natural, soft, and timeless.

I also appreciated the natural appearance of the fiber. Baby alpaca complements the calm colors and simple silhouettes I prefer for children's clothing.

A Personal Connection to South America
My choice of baby alpaca was also connected to South America.
Peru and Bolivia share a long history of alpaca textile traditions, and I wanted that heritage to have a meaningful place within the business.
The fiber represents more than softness or warmth. It carries a connection to the landscape, textile knowledge, and craftsmanship of the Andean region.
Bringing that connection into the collection made the material feel personal as well as beautiful.

I look for pieces that feel special without being too precious to use.
The goal is not to fill a wardrobe. It is to offer thoughtful options to parents and gift-givers who are also looking for something more natural, simple, and lasting.

A beautiful garment should still allow a child to be a child.
